Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before engaging with our services.
1. Service-Based Business
We offer digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
Facebook & Instagram advertising
Funnel building
WhatsApp & email automation
Lead generation systems
Copywriting & creatives
Strategy consultation
These services are custom-built and tailored for each client’s business. As such, they involve resource planning, implementation time, and third-party tool integrations.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of services only under the following conditions:
Before project kickoff:
If you cancel before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting any transaction or admin fees).
After project kickoff: Once we have started work (strategy call completed, onboarding form received, or tasks initiated), cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Monthly retainers: If you are on a monthly retainer, cancellation requires 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services and strategic planning involved, we have a strict no-refund policy under the following conditions:
If the project has already commenced.
If ad campaigns have been launched.
If deliverables have been shared or worked on.
If performance expectations were clearly explained but not met due to external factors (e.g. unresponsive prospects, market volatility, or client-side issues like slow lead follow-up).
4. Exceptional Cases for Refund (Partial)
A partial refund (not exceeding 25–40%) may be considered only if:
We are unable to initiate service delivery due to internal issues.
A delay of more than 21 business days occurs from our side (not caused by incomplete inputs from client).
You have not used any part of the service and request cancellation within 48 hours of payment.
All refund decisions will be at the sole discretion of Digitech Mentor.
5. Ad Spend Payments
If you have added ad spend directly to ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager), Digitech Mentor is not responsible for refunding any portion of the media/ad budget. Such payments are subject to the policies of those third-party platforms.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback without prior communication, we reserve the right to:
Suspend ongoing services immediately.
Deny future service requests.
Involve legal counsel for fraudulent claims.
